The Sunrise Lake Plan is no longer simply a Plan. ULA now has enough
commitments from landowners to call the Plan a Real Project.


The Project will succeed with or without all landowners becoming a part.

The Project will simply be redesigned to include only landowners that have
agreed to be a part of the Project in one way or another.  


The amount of landowners cooperating with the Project has consistently increased every week sense March 26, 2018.
 

With and without ULA assistance NEW LANDOWNERS are now buying up lots in the Project area and signing agreements with ULA to be a part of the Project.  
  

The Real Trump card in Real Estate is TIMING and not LOCATION, because being at the right place at the right time gives one the PRIORITY to own the LOCATION. Bill Clark 2018​
                        
A “Lot Selection Priority Number” is issued to landowners when they first contact ULA. That number is void for 15 days, during that time ULA will answer any questions and discuss all options with the landowners. When and only when the landowner is comfortable with hiring ULA, selling their land to ULA, or becoming an independent part of the project will an agreement be prepared.
 
The Lot Selection Priority Number is important to all landowners that agree to cooperate with the Project. That number puts the landowner in line to select which Lot and Phase they want when the Final New Subdivision Map is ready for Lot Selections.
